As the Associate Producer, Production Supervisor and Assistant Editor on this documentary, I played a large part in managing the full project lifecycle, shaping both process and story. This included scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and vendor coordination. I supervised production and post workflows, ensuring a seamless path from raw footage to final cut, and supported editorial by sourcing and pulling selects to help shape the narrative and streamline the edit.
